剧情介绍：
保安队长曹晓东在大巴上见义勇为的过程中精神受到极大的刺激后导致失忆，醒来后的自己却变成了公安局通缉杀人犯。所有的证据都指向曹晓东是杀人凶手，失去记忆的曹晓东无法为自己做出任何辩解，于是选择逃离医院，寻找在大巴上目睹整件事情发生的乘客来证明自己的清白。然而，在每次案件即将有重大突破的时候，曹晓东所找到的证人，不是一个接一个的失踪，就是相继发生意外，在侦查陷入停滞状态时，新的发现让案情打破僵局……
